Elizabeth Tretter’s inaugural wellness retreat was an absolute win! From the moment I signed up, it was well-organized everything was going to be, and once I arrived, that proved to be the case. Elizabeth put a lot of time and care into planning the accommodations at Scribner’s Catskill Lodge, securing a diverse collection of sponsored gear and treats, and making each participant feel welcome every step of the way. The schedule was thoughtfully designed, but it never felt rigid, allowing for an experience that was both full and relaxing. Offering a mix of activities from invigorating morning workouts led by Elizabeth, to challenging hikes through the beautiful Catskill mountains, to more relaxed yoga and non-fitness related sessions, people of all fitness levels were encouraged to participate at their own pace and skill level.
Elizabeth brought her authentic self to the Catskills, and her energy and ability to connect people was truly incredible. I left refreshed and inspired, with new friends, lots of laughs and memories, and a bevy of new skills and perspectives that I can take forward with me.
